Terms of Use for Kashoo

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Kashoo mobile application (the "App") operated by Matys Bouziane ("us", "we", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

Description of Service

Guess the Right Price is a mobile gaming application where players guess the prices of various items. The App offers:

• Single Device Mode: Pass-and-play gaming
• Multiplayer Mode: Real-time gaming across multiple devices
• Premium Features: Additional content available through in-app purchase

User Account and Responsibilities

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose as a game
• Enter appropriate player names that don't contain offensive content
• Respect other players in multiplayer sessions
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the App

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious content

In-App Purchases

Premium Features

• Premium access unlocks additional game content (+600 items)
• Premium is a one-time lifetime purchase
• Purchase applies across all your devices when using the same Apple ID

Payment and Billing

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Prices are displayed in your local currency
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account

Refunds

• All sales are final
• Refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy
• Contact Apple Support for refund requests

Restore Purchases

• You can restore your premium purchase on new devices
• Use the "Restore Purchases" button in the App
• Must use the same Apple ID as original purchase

Multiplayer Gaming

Game Sessions

• Multiplayer games are hosted temporarily on our servers
• Game data is deleted automatically when sessions end
• Room codes are randomly generated and temporary

Player Responsibility

• You are responsible for player names entered in your games
• Be respectful to other players
• Do not share inappropriate content through player names

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• The App and all content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Matys Bouziane
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content

Your Rights

• You retain ownership of any content you create (player names)
• You grant us a limited license to use this content for App functionality

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.

Disclaimers

Service Availability

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Multiplayer features require internet connection
• We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance

Content Accuracy

• Game content (prices, items) is for entertainment purposes only
• Prices shown may not reflect current market values
• We do not guarantee accuracy of any price information

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features
• We are not responsible for data loss, device damage, or lost profits
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limits may not apply to you

Termination

By You

• You may stop using the App at any time
• You may delete the App from your device
• Premium purchases remain valid even if you temporarily delete the App

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Cause harm to other users or our services

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through:

1. Direct Communication: Contact us first to resolve issues
2. Applicable Law: Subject to French law and EU regulations
3. Jurisdiction: French courts have jurisdiction over disputes

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
